Returns and Warranty


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from, you can return it for a refund, provided it is unused and in the original packaging with all accessories included, and is returned within six weeks from the date of delivery. To initiate a return please contact Customer Service for a free returns label.

Refunds for returned products will be issued between 30 days after the returned product has been received and tested to validate the refund.

NURVV return policy excludes damage resulting from abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. It must be in original packaging. The NURVV Run must be purchased on For products bought in-store, contact the store Customer Service for returns.


NURVV Run comes with one-year limited manufacturers warranty for the US and a two-year limited manufacturers’ warranty for the UK, with the limitation being on the NURVV Run insole. See the warranty policy for details.

If your NURVV Run is not working as expected, please contact Customer Service to address the problem. If the problem can not be resolved, NURVV will send a returns label and a replacement within 7 business days of receipt of your faulty product.
