Placing an Order

To place an order, visit the NURVV Shop.

NURVV offers free signed for shipping for all United States and the United Kingdom customers. For more details, please see the Shipping page.

To purchase from a store, use the Store Locator to find the closest store.

Order Confirmation and Tracking 

Once an order has been placed for NURVV Run, 2 emails will be sent:

  1. Order Confirmation on purchase
  2. Tracking Information once the order has been dispatched

If these emails are not received, check the spam filters. If no email is received, please contact Customer Service.

Cancel your Order 

To cancel an order, contact Customer Service as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, delivery can be refused and NURVV will cancel and refund the order once it arrives back at our facility.  

Change your Order

We are unable to edit products for completed orders. Please contact Customer Service to request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct items.

To change the delivery address, contact Customer Service as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, contact UPS (US) or Hermes (UK) with the tracking number to change the address.
